Soundwerk Car Audio Repair

I’m very grateful to Jason for all his help. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. It’s hard to find shops that truly value honesty and put their customers first, but Soundwerk Car Audio Repair does exactly that. They don’t just take your money—they make sure you understand the problem and recommend the right solution. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and people they can trust. Thank you again, Jason!

Down to earth and honest people. Took the time of a meal to replace the infotainment in my Mazda 3. Will be recommending them to anyone who might ever need audio/infotainment work!

I took my 2024 Lincoln Aviator to the dealer because the radio and navigation screen kept showing “Audio Off” and the GPS wasn’t working. They wanted $1,700 to replace the entire audio system! I decided to try Soundwerk Audio Repair instead, and it turned out the problem was just a blown fuse. They fixed it quickly (15 minute )for only $65! Honest, fast, and affordable these guys saved me $1,635. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future audio issues. Highly recommend!

These guys are second to none. Took my ‘83 CJ7 in to figure out a sound issue I couldn’t find, and we had the problem (bad amp) diagnosed in less than 30 minutes. They even helped me get the stereo working while I send in the amplifier for warranty repairs! If I ever have another audio project, this is absolutely the company to go to.

I have been driving for years with a janky aux cable set up in my GMC Acadia for playing music off my phone. The aux cable broke about a year ago and I’ve been wiggling it since to make it give me audio through all of the speakers. I called this morning to look at getting either the aux port fixed or my entire audio system replaced. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment and he said to me “well let’s talk about the issue first”. He asked my about my car, and informed me that they usually have a USB port in compartment on top of the dash - where I’ve stored my sunglasses. He could have taken the opportunity to get business from me but instead it was clear from the beginning he genuinely wanted to help me with my issue. And he did!! I’m ecstatic, no more jiggling and now I can even control my phone using the steering wheel - like it should be. Overall experience was awesome. Very friendly and I’ll definitely go back to them with any car audio needs!
